Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 10, 2026

TruFitAI is committed to making its mobile application and website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to track their fitness and use our AI coaching regardless of ability.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Current status

We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. We are not yet fully conformant: we know of areas that do not yet meet every Level AA success criterion, and we are remediating them on an ongoing basis. We do not claim full conformance today, and we will update this statement as our conformance improves.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in TruFitAI, or if you need information in a different format, please tell us. Your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information, feature, or service you were trying to reach through an alternative method where possible while we address the underlying issue.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us. We review new features for accessibility as part of our development process and incorporate barrier reports into our remediation work.
