TruFitAI's coach is an AI, not a person or licensed health professional. It is not emergency, medical, or mental-health care.

How we respond to self-harm or crisis content

• Detection: Messages to the AI coach are screened by an automated safety system for indications of self-harm or suicidal ideation.
• Response: When detected, normal coaching stops and the app provides a supportive response directing the user to immediate human help.
• Minors: Known minors also receive periodic reminders that they are talking with AI and should take breaks.
• Privacy: Safety-related messages and control events are handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
