A calorie tracker with an AI coach built in.

TruFitAI tracks your calories, protein, carbs, and fat from a photo, your voice, or a barcode. It sets your daily targets from your goal and your training, and when it isn't sure about a portion, it asks instead of guessing.

Photo logging

Snap a photo. Get the numbers.

Take a picture of your plate. TruFitAI reads each food and works out the calories and macros. Can't tell how much rice is in the bowl? It asks one quick question.

  • Calories, protein, carbs, and fat for each food
  • Asks before it guesses
  • Logged in seconds
Voice and barcode

Or say it. Or scan it.

Talk like normal, like two eggs, toast, and a coffee with milk, and it does the math. Or point your camera at any package to add it from the barcode.

  • Say what you ate in your own words
  • Scan a barcode for the label's numbers
  • Every food listed with its calories and macros
Log in chat

Or just tell Coach what you ate.

Type what you had in plain words, like you would text a friend. Coach turns it into a log with the calories and macros, and you check it before it saves.

  • No searching or scrolling
  • Calories and macros worked out for you
  • You review it before it saves
Your targets

Targets built for your training.

Your daily calories and macros come from your goal, your body, and how you train. Your meal plan is built to hit them, and a weekly check-in keeps them current.

  • Daily calorie and macro targets
  • Meal plans that hit your numbers
  • Refreshed by a weekly check-in

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does photo calorie tracking work?

You take a picture of your meal. TruFitAI names each food, estimates the portion, and shows the calories, protein, carbs, and fat. If a portion is hard to judge from the photo, it asks you a quick question first.

Is AI calorie counting accurate?

Every calorie tracker estimates, whether you type, scan, or snap. A photo is less exact than weighing your food, so TruFitAI asks when a portion is unclear, and a barcode gives you the numbers from the label.

What is the 4-4-9 rule for calories?

It's how calories are counted from macros. Protein and carbs have about 4 calories per gram, and fat has about 9. So 30 g of protein is about 120 calories. TruFitAI does this math for every food you log.

Can ChatGPT count calories?

ChatGPT can estimate calories if you describe a meal, but it doesn't keep a food log or daily targets. TruFitAI logs every meal into your day, tracks it against your targets, and builds your meal plan around them.

Can I scan barcodes?

Yes. Point your camera at a package and TruFitAI reads the barcode and adds the food with its nutrition.

Is TruFitAI just a calorie counter?

No. Calorie tracking is one part. TruFitAI is an AI fitness coach that also builds your workouts and meals, logs your sets, and changes your plan when you ask.
